In the process, we dig out your strengths and insights from life's clutter. Coaches are trained to help people develop and implement personal wellness plans by: accepting and meeting you where you are today, asking you to take charge, helping you define a higher purpose for wellness and uncover your natural impulse to be well, addressing mental and physical health together, and helping you set realistic goals and overcoming obstacles.
I have extensive training and experience in coaching. I specialize in coaching lifestyle changes to support brain health, cardiovascular health and mind-body connections.
